ABSTRACT
Economic interchange between the USSR and the developing countries in the present stage is a complex system of intergovernmental economic relations including, in addition to traditional foreign trade operations, credit-financial and scientific-technological relations and assistance in the construction of projects in the leading sectors of production and in the infrastructure of the liberated countries.
