ABSTRACT

AMCHA is the support organization of Israeli centers for Holocaust survivors and the children of survivors. The site for the Anne Frank Center USA, with educational information for teachers and students, information on the center's traveling exhibit and activities. An impressive resource for both teachers and students of the Jewish Holocaust. This site includes a wide variety of both text and artwork, including discussion forums, eyewitness accounts, poetry, photos, and bibliographies, with all content donated by user/participants. Includes an opportunity to join the list, as well as scholarly reviews, academic announcements, course syllabi, and an entire log of H-Holocaust messages. The Web site of the first American Holocaust memorial, in West Bloomfield, Michigan, contains exhibits, an archive of documents and artifacts, and an oral history archive. An interdisciplinary, computer-based resource for teaching about the Holocaust through stamps, pictures, texts, and paintings by children who suffered in the Holocaust.
