ABSTRACT
This chapter highlights the role of police organizations in international relations and introduces, in a more general manner, the emergence of a regionalist logic in international police cooperation since the 1980s. It aims at exposing some key actors engaged in police regionalisms as well as uncovers the entanglement between formal and informal processes through which police navigate sovereign territoriality.
