ABSTRACT
The following chapter intends to provide a structured overview of the existing literature on cross-border issues in tourism. Therefore, it can be used as a convenient starting point for secondary research in this field. Targeting interested scholars, students, and practitioners in tourism, this compilation of academic contributions on cross-border issues in tourism covers destination issues around the world, as well as specific issues from the point of view of different disciplines.
