Project authorization by the customer or project owner means giving formal written instruction that authorizes the contractor or project organization to proceed with the project on previously agreed terms. All project managers know the frustration caused during the initial days and weeks when, keen to start and with deadlines to meet, work cannot start because there is no information, no staff, and a general lack of other facilities. Workplace checklist for a Lox Aviation project to inspect and recondition landing gear is the initial issue of a checklist designed to ensure that safe and efficient working conditions can be provided in work areas that are being prepared in readiness for a project to inspect and recondition an aircraft landing gear. If the workplace conditions are safe and ideal, the turnround time for each aircraft will be reduced and there will be less risk of poor quality work or an on-the-job accident.
