ABSTRACT
As said in the Introduction, the processes provided in this book have all been used very successfully as discrete units over a period of some 25 years with large and small organisations across Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Papua New Guinea. These client organisations encompassed for-profit and not-for-profit operations in government, professional practices, finance, energy organisations, communications, manufacturing, primary industry and general service businesses. The size of these organisations when I started working with them ranged from one with revenues of just over $1 million and comprising only nine people in one location, to organisations with revenues in the billions and comprising thousands of people spread across several continents. However it was not until after a discussion that commenced on the fifth tee of a golf course that the opportunity arose to link together all of these processes.
