‘More is Less'

Public transport in the central Eastern region of Europe currently faces a situation quite similar to Western European experience in the decades that followed 1960. The current curse could be turned into a blessing, as we are now in a position to select, as a point of departure towards progress, the most suitable and most tried and tested method from amongst a number of approaches.
