The complexity and stakeholder prole of programmes has changed signicantly in recent years owing to economic challenges and the increase in multiparty solutions. As organizations strive for enhanced performance, traditional hierarchical contracting models have given way to more integrated congurations that foster a more interdependent collaborative programme management prole.
