Towards a more inclusive HRM theory and practice

ByJasmin Mahadevan, Claude-Hélène Mayer

This book departed from the notion that diversity involving Muslim minorities is an increasingly relevant organizational and social phenomenon that needs to be thoroughly understood. At the same time, it cannot be taken for granted that diversity change will simply ‘happen’ to the best interest of all involved. To facilitate a more inclusive HRM theory and practice, a reflexive, power-sensitive and multi-level investigation or workplace diversity in context is required.
