ABSTRACT

In the previous chapter I described how, in the application of I.Theory to RSCN, a civic and environmentally based enterprise, I drew upon co-operative inquiry as my informative–transformative approach. I was working with a managing director who was himself a graduate of our master's in Transformation Management course, through which we have been exposed to the integral approach of TRANS4M. Al Quds Paints Co. was a very different story, in that its managing director had no such prior exposure. In fact, it was I.Theory itself to which he was drawn.
