This chapter describes a study conducted to analyse aspects of command and control in the Naval domain. Researchers were given access to a Royal Navy training establishment (the Cook simulation facility at HMS Dryad). Observations were made during Command Team Training (CTT), which involved training the Command Team of a warship in the skills that would be necessary for them to defend their ship in a multi-threat environment.
