ABSTRACT

To make matters worse, humanising is an ideal. It is a concept we refer to often as something that should exist but is still not attained. Humanising is a normative concept and as such it holds a critique. The world is at present not humanised enough and people should make an effort for it. Especially when dealing with organisations humanising is seen as a must. Although the whole world should be humanised, organisations are the place where it is most needed. People do not exactly know what humanising is, they are continually discussing ways of humanising. It is especially annoying when one boast to be able to humanise organisations. In fact organisations are a domain where everything evolves around clear concepts and well-formulated intentions. Organisations cannot live with ambiguity or fuzzy concepts. Sense is always related to questions and not to answers. Sense drives us to ask further and is seldom satisfied with answers.
