The definition of an entrepreneur has for a long time focused on the individual aspect: who the entrepreneur is and what s/he does, and frequently in a private sector context. Recent research shows that the concept of entrepreneurship is intertwined with societal responsibility, example social and community-based entrepreneurship, which means that social benefits could be the major organizational outcome of entrepreneurship processes Smith and Stevens Point to the importance of embeddedness for the development of variants of social entrepreneurship and it's mobilizing of resources. Sweden is in the top 20, at number 15, of the wealthiest nations in the world, and it is a welfare country. In Sweden, as in many other nations, there are regional differences in gross regional product within the country, but Sweden has an extensive tradition of solidarity and equal opportunities, meaning that all Swedes should have equal access to publicly funded local services, regardless of where in the country they live.
