ABSTRACT

As a consultant and coach, specialising in solution focused practice, I have lived in Singapore for the past 28 years and work with organisations to help them deal with challenging issues and change management. In this chapter, I will share an example of how a solution focused consulting project helped a successful business owner in Asia develop his core leaders to work from a shared mind-set, which led to signifi cant expansion and growth of his organisation, and describe the personal benefi ts and organisational changes that happened as a result.
