ABSTRACT

This chapter presents the imaginings about a theater, the "Finding Theater", to offer a schema for display of and locating of unconscious fantasy. It focuses on "Finding Theater", the workings of unconscious script writing, the world of psychic reality. The chapter also focuses on the unconscious mind as existing from infancy on, driven by instinctual life and death forces, multiply-layered with iterative scenes and fragments of scenes developing throughout life. The psychic theater brings forth scenes developing since infancy, bringing them into view for the "finding of unconscious fantasy". The chapter discusses the stages of the "Finding Theater" the play, and all of the plays within the play, brings about finding of unconscious fantasy. The architecture of the stage set is the schema for receptivity in the mind and entering the "Finding Theater" is how to "find" the psychic life of unconscious fantasy.
