We’ve been growing steadily, both through acquisitions and by expanding our own business, since we started out in 1983. We’re based in Aberdeen, Scotland, and have been since the day we began.
BIOGRAPHY
Sarah Smith graduated from Aberdeen University in 1999 with a MA in management studies. She has worked with Aberdeen for the last 14 years, beginning her career in the fi nance sector as a customer services assistant and has held numerous roles across operations from junior to middle manager. Her current role with human resources as graduate recruitment and programme manager has provided a platform for her to build and strengthen the graduate programme but also create an apprenticeship programme along with other talent initiatives. She manages the graduate programme globally, overseeing them in Europe, Asia, and the United States. Sarah holds a certifi cate in professional coaching practice and is an accredited Insights and NLP practitioner.
