ABSTRACT
During the middle weeks of the semester, the course is in full
motion. Students are engaged in the online activities and
busy completing assignments. It’s an active time for the
teacher too. You guide students through the lessons and help
them keep pace with the course schedule. It’s also important
to continue to reinforce the social aspects of online learning
to keep students personally invested in the course. Let your
students know that you see them as individuals and humanize
the digital environment. It can be a great relief for students to
realize that online communication is simply a means to
connect real people.
