ABSTRACT

According Keilor et al., (2003), servicescapes is an important because it not only affects the success of the firm but also the level of satisfaction, perception of service quality and the future behavior of the intention to visit the shopping mall again. It can affect customer service experience to the high level (Shashikala and Suresh, 2013). Servicescapes have a strategic role in the business as a package, facilitator, socialize and differentiator. This refers to the way the service environment designed, implemented, operated and used.
