ABSTRACT

The importance of responding in a timely manner to requests for proposals (RFP) is emphasized. These typically need to be completed in 30 days. The proposals are often hundreds of pages and require a lot of work from many people to provide the level of depth and detail needed to have a chance to get the business. The Inner Circle Program was established to recognize and reward salespeople for the extra effort expended on proposals. Salespeople who achieve 125 percent of quota are provided with a three-day, all-expenses-paid trip and recognized for this accomplishment.
