ABSTRACT
This chapter is based on findings emerged as part of COST Action TU1001. The findings particularly focus on Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), in order to identify success factors leading to successful projects and assess KPIs that are able to monitor performance as conducted by the respective Working Group. In fulfilling the aforementioned tasks a qualitative methodology has, in the main, been adopted in the chapters presented in this Part. These are discussed in the following sections.
