ABSTRACT
The GLObal NAvigation Satellite System (GLONASS) is a Russian space-based satellite navigation system, a highly intelligent product of the military production complex provided for wide application by civil users. GLONASS, as a basis of the national coordinate-time and navigation support, is designed for coordinate setting, velocity measurement, and accurate time setting by various categories of users all over the world.
