ABSTRACT
Soil nitrogen mineralization and nitrification, the key microbiological processes in the nitrogen transformation, have received particular emphasis in recent decades (Leininger et al. 2006, Jiang et al. 2013). Soil microbial community structure is an important measure of sustainable land use and community level substrate utilization analysis using Biolog Microplate has proved to be a useful tool for assessing microbial community structure from different environmental disturbance (Kamitani et al. 2006, Chaerun et al. 2011, Sherman & Steinberger 2012, Delgado-Baquerizo et al. 2013).
