ABSTRACT
Traffic participants are first the demanders of traffic because road traffic serves humans. To engage in all kinds of social activities, people need a safe and unblocked traffic security which can help them to achieve their travel purposes. Therefore, the country meets the basic needs of traffic participants through legislation, and government manages traffic in accordance with traffic law, so as to create a good traffic condition and service for traffic participants. Due to traffic jam, the arrival time will be delayed which damages the interests of traffic participants. In the event of traffic accidents, they are victims who are suffering personal injuries.
