ABSTRACT
Most world religions understand human sexuality to be divinely granted. Recognizing that it is capable of producing both great joy and grave injury, virtually every faith tradition has addressed its meaning and expression of sexuality. There is diversity within and across religions, however, in interpreting sexuality. This diversity has led to different sexual value systems that influence how many people learn and feel about sexuality.
