ABSTRACT
This chapter presents an overview of neoliberal globalization and its impact on employment-based social welfare policies in the United States. We conclude by highlighting how this paradigm has challenged the ability for social welfare workers to provide ethical practice to their clients within this rather unjust economic reality.
