Curriculum reform is one of the major vehicles for improving education quality worldwide in the last century. However, practices in different countries have shown that it is one of the most difficult endeavours in human history. Among all the challenges, curriculum leadership is one of the aspects to be considered. A certain reform might be initiated by a government, but whether it will be implemented with effective leadership remains questionable.
