ABSTRACT
IBSA is much more than just a diplomatic edifice. It is a natural expression of particular views on great international issues. It is also a concrete expression of the objectives shared by Brazil, India and South Africa. We are fully consolidated democracies that give an example of how the various ethnic groups and cultures that form our societies can co-exist in harmony. We are emerging economies, destined to have an ever more relevant international presence.
