Implementation of Public Private Partnership projects in developing countries: Lessons from Malaysia

Malaysia is one of the few developing countries that have successfully utilized public private partnership (PPP) procurement system to deliver public works and services. The adequate provision of public infrastructures has multiple effects on the social and economic development for the developing countries. Majority of the sub-Saharan Africa countries are among the list of developing countries that are having challenges in the implementation of PPP projects.
