Writing letters and memos to: superiors, i.e., the academic staff, for approval of work or for justification of actions peers, e.g., from project manager to other companies' project managers subordinates, e.g., from site engineer to store-keeper
Conducting site meetings Preparing agenda and writing minutes
Presenting technical and managerial information at company's weekly meetings, and at a boardroom meeting to secure a building contract
