ABSTRACT

TheWomen’s Company: the owner believes that these cooperatives might have problems of inconsistency since each product is produced by different RWCs, hence each product might have a different recipe and taste. The owner does not plan to work in the future with the RWCs. In conclusion, some food industries might use the help of RWCs especially in

hand-crafted products as in the case of Company 3. Some others might be interested in marketing their products as the case of Company 4. However, the RWCs should consider maintaining consistent recipes through adequate monitoring of quality. This will allow them to more effectively collaborate with industries like Company 1 that is interested in some of the products but fear inconsistencies in recipes.
