ABSTRACT
SUMMARY. The authors of this article were charged with the creation of a new academic law library at St. Thomas School of Law. They were able to create a collection development plan from scratch. Their decision process provides insights into the current state of law book and electronic publishing and the constraints of going to a totally digital environment.
