ABSTRACT
Nearly three dozen researchers and scholars across disciplines of environmental gerontology have offered their views in this special issue of both current activities and future directions in several areas. The authors are all active, productive thinkers who are influential in shaping the current and future status of environmental gerontology. In this final article, we summarize the major suggestions emerging from the five content domains of the special issue and reflect on the future of the field.
