ABSTRACT
We are witnessing quick changes in economy, education and resources systems, and all by the intensive development of networks and technology. These are very fast times. Culture is increasingly becoming one of the major factors in the development of society and cities on a global level. It intensifies democratization and development. One of our tasks is definitely to give a perspective of an extreme future; to give possible answers to the development of society, cultural industries and businesses, i.e. the creators of the extreme future.
