ABSTRACT

Urban economies and creative growth industries such as the media industry have increasingly gained the attention of development plans centred around regional economies. Furthermore, it indicates organisation production system and the division of labour between companies in the form of primarily local project networks have contributed decisively to the success of the media industry. It was not until the last few years that the media industry entered into the focus of the research work on economic geography and the regional economic development concepts. In order to attract the greatest possible attention, it is of prime importance for the protagonists within the media industry to operate in a way that is as up-to-date and current as possible. In addition, the contents herein have clearly shown that the power relationships and executive powers are divided unequally between the protagonists in project networks with division of labour.
