ABSTRACT
Resource availability, specifically human resources, is a major constraint for projects. Many times we need these resources for simultaneous execution of project activities to reduce project duration and to utilize resources efficiently. Caution must be exercised to avoid overloading or assigning multiple tasks at the same time. Critical Chain method, to some extent, addresses this issue by avoiding such overload and we will discuss this later in the chapter.
