ABSTRACT
This chapter helps one to learn how Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) contributes positively to communication and influencing, so that he\she is able to develop an invaluable toolkit one that will help them get the very best results across all their projects. Neuro Linguistic Programming is a composite name derived from neuro, linguistic and programming. NLP is very much about the interrelationship of things. NLP encourages to consider the effect of everything one do with respect to the wider system. A key principle of NLP is that communication is a loop and the meaning of communication is the response that they get. Good communicators are able to explore the deep structure the unsaid elements of communication the experience that goes beyond the words. Paying attention to language also gives clues about how people process information.
