ABSTRACT
The production of such equality however, can only be considered legitimate if the subjects of the actions of equality creation subsequently acquire the experiences of liberation as anticipated. This liberation includes the freedom to speak, to choose and to be present in the same way as those who have never suffered the detriments of racial discrimination.
