ABSTRACT
Swiss courts have as yet had few opportunities to consider the legal issues arising from e-voting. This contribution looks at the current case law and considers the legal questions that are raised. The first point to note is that Swiss legal precedent is not the driving force behind the development of electronic voting. Nevertheless, litigation raises key issues related to the introduction of electronic voting.
