ABSTRACT
For this final chapter of the book, we asked all of the contributors to think about what ‘lies ahead’ in relation to the future directions of progress we may see within the context of developments in the design, production and utilisation of Electronic Performance Support Systems (EPSS). The subsequent sections of this chapter summarise the views that were expressed.
