ABSTRACT
The Porsche Card is offered exclusively to the currently approximately 120000 Porsche drivers in Germany. Porsche plan to add a mile-collecting programme to the Porsche Card, too, in light of the lifting of the restrictive laws in Germany. The Porsche Card Service Centre makes special recommendations, such as restaurants and hotels, to its world-wide members. The Porsche Gourmet Service organizes catering services to accommodate members' needs. The Porsche Card services are accessed by dialing a telephone number provided exclusively to Porsche Card members. Members are able to rent a car from the Porsche Card partner Avis at a special rate – for example, in Germany comprehensive insurance is already included. The members have the opportunity to hand over their Porsche at nearly all airports in Germany during the business hours of the Avis counters. The car is parked free of charge for up to seven days per stay in a secure parking lot.
