The most convincing argument was that the Volkswagen Club and the Audi A plus programmes not only serve to attain maximum customer satisfaction, but also form an integral part of the Volkswagen Group's communication. Although a vast number of German niche companies have established successful customer clubs the Volkswagen Group with its Volkswagen Club and Audi A plus programmes, is so far the only global player. Membership application forms are available at all Volkswagen Club and Audi A plus programme partners and at the Club Service Centre, which can be contacted 365 days a year from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The Volkswagen Club also has a co-operative agreement with Eurocamp, a family holiday package provider. The Volkswagen Club Calling Card from DeTe Card Services, German Telecom, allows Club members to phone on particularly favourable terms by using public telephones in more than 75 countries world-wide. Volkswagen Club members benefit from seasonal discounts, and receive bonus points on all transactions.
