ABSTRACT
This chapter addresses the pain the symptoms cause, because the pain is real, but not to recommend to dig deeper to find the root of the problem make the pain reoccur and most likely spread throughout the organization. Resist the urge to discuss the latest platform or gadget. The arrival of the CD broke the magic. The author bought plenty, never had a relationship with the little shiny disks whether they played music, movies or computer games. They just did not have a personality. The hinges on the cases would always break and leaflets inside were no fun to hold and look through, so when storing and streaming music from my computers became a reality was quick to transfer my music to hard disks. There was complete silence from the back seat as this new information was processed. Then it came "that's stupid!" Everything in their world is on-demand: TV programming, movies, games, music, everything.
