ABSTRACT
In the various contributions to this volume many interesting points have been made, including some provocative ones, rich evidence has been presented, and we have learned a lot. As many of the more general issues that should be mentioned in a final comment have already been raised by other authors, I can be brief and try to summarize some of my impressions from our debates in seven short and sketchy points focusing a bit on what could, and what should, or what might be done.
