ABSTRACT
In this chapter we will examine the challenges, the benefits and the practicalities of measuring and assessing the success of Organisation Development (OD) interventions. The chapter is adapted from a research report published by Roffey Park Institute, Best Practice in OD Evaluation (Finney and Jefkins, 2009).
