Okay, here are the friends and family members who helped me behind the scenes with this book. To begin, I want to thank Susan and Marco Sammon. Susan Sammon, my wife of forty-one years, gets the biggest thank you, but I saved her for last
because I figured most readers scroll down to the end to see who is here-and I did not want you to miss this thank you. Photographically, Susan, is the best assistant, workshop organizer and coworkshop leader. Editorial-wise, she is a good and honest editor. Travelling, Susan is an excellent coordinator and the best travelling companion (except I am always hot and she is always cold). At home, she makes my life easy by doing most of the business stuff, as well as making our gourmet meals. Yes, I cut the lawn, trim the bushes, shovel snow, take out the garbage and recycling, pick up Chinese take-out and grill vegetables, but she basically runs the house. Basically, I could not do what I do, including writing this book, without the help of Susan Sammon.
