ABSTRACT

In the past decade, regulatory changes have been introduced in France to tackle more effectively money laundering and the financial interests of organised crime (FATF, 2011; TRACFIN, 2015b). A variety of agencies – at investigative, judicial and administrative level – have been created for improving the tracing, confiscation and management of criminal assets (AGRASC, 2012; Standridge, 2015).
