ABSTRACT
This chapter draws on the analogy of “weather forecasting” to explore how parents and educators as media mentors obtain information about effective technology use in early childhood, spotlight stories that exemplify thoughtful practice and engagement with technology in ways that extend, enrich, and enhance effective learning.
