ABSTRACT

This chapter applies quantum holography to touch (resonance) and being touched in law. The sensorial dimension of touch in law can be productively developed by integrating the work of Karan Barad and Raymond T. Bradley along with my development of consciousness and the agent in the form of Schema QD. It introduces quantum holography as a counter to Newtonian ontology, develops a notion of consciousness and the agent, shows how positive emotions underlie the relation of the ego to the Other, and points to alternatives to negative law practices.
