ABSTRACT
A variety of contemporary meanings of co-morbidity exist and they are rarely explicitly stated (Starcevic 2005). For the purposes of this chapter, the term is used in its meaning as a diagnostic and clinically signi®cant cooccurrence of two mental health disorders.
