ABSTRACT
Nowadays, Information Technology (IT) plays an essential role in industries and organizations, but decision makers underestimate the usability of IT systems. This paper concerns the usability of an Open ERP system implemented in a manufacturing company. Moreover, the paper reflects on Open ERP incorporation of key business functions, business processes and implementation issues by using the System Usability Scale. Suggestions and considerations are made after analyzing the current Open ERP system and business process of the organization.
